We are looking to hire a Paper & Board Trader Remote - Based any country in the LATAM Region | Ref: LAT - 0126 About VIPA VIPA is a European multinational company, based in Lausanne, Switzerland, with a leading position in the paper, global recycling and recovered material trading sectors. As our business in Latin America is growing, we want to expand our team and wish to employ a junior professional for our Paper & Board Division. The position can be based in any LATAM country - business travel in the area is required. Why VIPA? Responsibilities Trading of paper and board products Research and identify new market opportunities in local markets Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish communication and set up meetings Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients Negotiating with clients and suppliers to secure the most attractive prices Managing customer relationships Following up on the import/export operations Analyse sales, marketing, finance, and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth The ideal candidate Experience in the Paper and Board industry (Corrugated Paper or Packaging and Boards) Proficient in English Ability to develop relationships with current and potential clients Strong communication, B2B sales and presentation skills Ability to multitask and prioritise projects Availability to travel within the country for meetings with current and potential clients The company offers Competitive salary, depending on experience and qualifications Bonus scheme Exceptional growth potential in a company with a solid financial background and ambition for great things!
