Paper System Operator - 1st Shift (Manufacturing) Job Description 1st Shift Paper System Operator American Wood Fibers (AWF) is a manufacturer of both consumer and industrial products that are sold to multiple manufacturers as well as pet, agricultural, and home-heating markets. AWF is comprised of 450+ employees and holds operations at 11 locations, generating over $100M in annual sales revenue. We are currently seeking a candidate for the 1st Shift Paper System Operator role in our Lebanon, KY facility. JOB SUMMARY The Production Employee is responsible for working in a safe, efficient manner to maximize production and shipping of products and raw material. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES I. PRODUCTION * Operate a machine with good hand-eye coordination at a fast pace to make rate * Sweep and shovel excess material around the packaging equipment and warehouse during the end of the shift clean up * Perform outside duties, including sweeping and picking up debris II.
