Description Paperwork Processing Assistant (Part-Time) We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Paperwork Processing Assistant to support our logistics operations team. This is a part-time position designed to handle routine but critical tasks that keep shipments moving and invoices accurate. Responsibilities: Process all incoming emails and faxes related to load documentation within 1 hour of receipt. Maintain and update the Load Processing Spreadsheet at all times. Collect missing paperwork (PODs, invoices, rate confirmations, etc.) from carriers and factoring companies via phone or email. Coordinate with Problem Solvers (brokers) and Accounting personnel to resolve paperwork issues promptly. Respond to and track Problem Solver (broker) requests regarding documentation. Requirements Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Clear written and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently. Basic computer proficiency (Excel, email). Prior logistics or office admin experience is helpful but not required. Schedule & Compensation: Part-time role with flexible hours. Opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the company expands.
