Description
Must be Karen Bilingual( Reading, Writing, Speaking) Shift Times: 2:30pm-11:00pm Pay: $22.20 with $1.00 shift differential on 2nd shift. Job Responsibilities: This position will work be out on the production floor 70% of the time. Works with Team Leaders and Team Members to monitor work in progress to assure conformance to productivity standards, standard yields, safe work procedures, HAACP, quality requirements, and food safety. Coaches and trains new/existing employees to ensure conformance to productivity standards, standard yields, safe work procedures and quality requirements. Completes new employee orientation. Completes paperwork and assists with records filing as necessary. Performs translation duties. Performs other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: Must be 18 years old Must be willing to work overtime Must be willing to work in a cold and wet environment Must be authorized to work in the United States Excellent communication skills: Written and Verbal Proficient writing skills in both English and Karen Ability to work different shifts when needed Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment 1 year of consistent work history Basic computer skills Any questions or help with your application, go to the Human Resource Office. Responsibilities
The Team Trainer Translator will spend 70% of their time on the production floor, working closely with Team Leaders and Team Members to ensure productivity and quality standards are met. They will also coach and train new and existing employees, complete orientations, and perform translation duties as needed.
