The Welfare and Self‑Reliance (WSR) Department is seeking an experienced Family Services Manager to lead and oversee Family Services operations in Papua New Guinea. This is a permanent full-time position reporting to the Area Family Services Manager. This senior leadership role is responsible for clinical services, agency management, community resource development, and consultation with Church leaders, while ensuring high‑quality service delivery, staff development, sound financial controls, and full legal, policy and ethical compliance.
