GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Periodic Automatic Replenishment (PAR) Optimization Specialist is responsible for supporting PAR management across the health system. Building, maintaining, and optimizing PAR levels based on dynamic demand fluctuations and item conversions.
Supports the project leader for supply conversions in all managed PAR locations.

EDUCATION: HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED;;

  • Credential(s): ;
  • Experience:Required: One (1) year of Health Care Supply Chain/LEAN/Six Sigma, Military, Warehouse, or other Inventory Management experience. Supply chain management background, healthcare supply chain experience, PAR inventory and optimization projects, Point of Use Systems (POUs).
    Preferred: Knowledge and experience with value stream processes and metrics. LEAN/ Six Sigma methodologies including Kanban. Three (3) y ears or more of Health Care Supply Chain/LEAN/Six Sigma, Military, Warehouse, or other Inventory Management experience.

EDUCATION: CERTIFICATE PROGRAMADDITIONAL EDUCATION IN THE FIELD OF SUPPLY CHAIN, LOGISTICS, OR HEALTHCARE.
