Responsibilities What You’ll Do: · Support students 1:1 with daily routines, personal care, and skill-building · Implement IEP goals and behavior strategies · Participate in on and off-campus activities · Create a safe, structured, and supportive environment · Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and specialists · Track progress and celebrate student achievements Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm Qualifications Qualifications: · 21+ years old · High school diploma or equivalent · ONE of the following: 3,000+ hours experience working with children or adults with disabilities in a residential group home setting Associate’s or higher degree with 12+ credits in a related field Parent of a child 7+ years old · Experience with disabilities preferred · Experience working in a school-setting preferred · Able to meet physical requirements (standing, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs) Perks & Benefits: · Health insurance; medical, dental, vision through Blue Cross Blue Shield · Retirement plan with up to 33% match · 3 weeks paid vacation, 3 personal days, 10 sick days, and 11 paid holidays · Student loan assistance & home mortgage program · Tuition assistance & discounted college programs · Career growth About Crotched Mountain School: Nestled in the beautiful Monadnock region of New Hampshire, CMS offers a therapeutic and adventure-based learning environment for our learners.
