Overview Over the past three years, Seven Hills Foundation has been breathing new life into this historic school — expanding programs, welcoming new students, and rebuilding a dedicated team of educators, caregivers, and clinicians who make incredible things possible for youth with severe neurodevelopmental disabilities. As we expand, we’ve been thoughtfully adding new team members and opening new opportunities every step of the way. Responsibilities What You’ll Do: · Support students 1:1 with daily routines, personal care, and skill-building · Implement IEP goals and behavior strategies · Participate in on and off-campus activities · Create a safe, structured, and supportive environment · Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and specialists · Track progress and celebrate student achievements Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm Qualifications Qualifications: · 21+ years old · High school diploma or equivalent · ONE of the following: 3,000+ hours experience working with children or adults with disabilities in a residential group home setting Associate’s or higher degree with 12+ credits in a related field Parent of a child 7+ years old · Experience with disabilities preferred · Experience working in a school-setting preferred · Able to meet physical requirements (standing, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs) Perks & Benefits: · Health insurance; medical, dental, vision through Blue Cross Blue Shield · Retirement plan with up to 33% match · 3 weeks paid vacation, 3 personal days, 10 sick days, and 11 paid holidays · Student loan assistance & home mortgage program · Tuition assistance & discounted college programs · Career growth About Crotched Mountain School: Nestled in the beautiful Monadnock region of New Hampshire, CMS offers a therapeutic and adventure-based learning environment for our learners.
