Responsibilities What You’ll Do: As part of our multidisciplinary team, you’ll help students build communication, independence, and confidence—skills that change lives in real and lasting ways. You will: Support classroom learning, personal growth, and daily living skills. Implement IEP and behavior support plans tailored to each student’s unique needs. Use creativity, patience, and compassion to engage students in meaningful activities. Track progress and celebrate every success — big or small. Provide personal care and hands-on support in a safe, nurturing environment. Qualifications What You Bring: Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. One of the following is required: Two or more years (3,000 hours) of verifiable experience working with children (or adults with disabilities in a residential care setting) Parent and caregiver of a child age 7 or older Any degree with at least 12 credits in education, psychology, human services, or a related field Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Comfort supporting individuals with significant needs; able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day.
