EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience working with students in a classroom setting is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
  • Support students with behavior management strategies to promote a positive learning environment.
  • Engage with students in small groups or one-on-one to reinforce learning concepts, particularly in subjects such as Math.
  • Help develop and adapt lesson plans tailored to individual student needs, especially for those with disabilities or requiring additional support.
  • Maintain effective classroom management to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to assess student progress and adapt educational strategies accordingly.
  • Provide support in early childhood education settings, including preschool environments, to foster foundational skills.
