We’re Hiring: Paralegal Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Are you a detail-oriented legal professional with strong organizational and research skills? We are looking for a proactive Paralegal to join our Group Legal team. In this role, you will support the legal function by preparing legal documentation, coordinating with external legal firms, maintaining case records, and ensuring smooth legal administrative operations. Key Responsibilities * Review and draft/prepare various legal documents including contracts, agreements, undertakings, legal and contractual correspondence, and other documents required by the Legal Team. * Maintain and organize legal case files by establishing filing systems, inputting information into databases, and updating case status with external legal firms. * Conduct legal research by gathering and analyzing statutes, decisions, legal articles, codes, documents, and other relevant data. * Maintain communication with relevant stakeholders and, where applicable, keep clients informed regarding case progress. * Handle legal correspondence and maintain proper records by developing and utilizing efficient filing and retrieval systems. * Record meeting discussions, manage incoming calls, and direct legal inquiries appropriately. * Ensure confidentiality of sensitive legal information and maintain professional communication across all levels of the organization and with external parties. * Perform other duties as assigned by the Group Legal Director. Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field. * 2–5 years of relevant experience in a legal department or law firm. * Strong knowledge of legal documentation, contracts, and case management. * Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. * Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
