We are seeking an experienced and motivated Family Law Paralegal to join our team onsite at our office. This is not a remote position. You will have your own private office space and work closely with attorneys and staff in a collaborative, supportive environment. We are looking for someone who is a true self-starter — capable of working independently without micromanagement — while also collaborating seamlessly with our team to achieve the best outcomes for our clients. You’ll play a critical role by preparing legal documents, supporting attorneys in trial preparation, and ensuring client matters are handled efficiently and professionally. • Manage tasks independently from start to finish with minimal direction (self-starter, problem solver).
• Work closely with our attorneys to prepare for trials, including legal research, organizing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, filing motions, and assisting with client meetings.
• Draft legal documents such as petitions, declarations, subpoenas, interrogatories, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits.
• Conduct client interviews to gather detailed information about their legal matters.
• Draft and coordinate subpoenas and liaise with process servers.
• Perform administrative duties such as maintaining organized filing systems and answering client calls when needed.
