We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Paralegal Assitant to join our team and provide critical legal counsel across a range of business-critical areas. This is an exclusive, full-time position offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization.
About the Role:

As our Paralegal Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, providing expert legal guidance and support on a wide variety of matters. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Paralegal to join our team and support our attorneys in providing excellent service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and file legal documents (motions, pleadings, contracts, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (required)
  • Paralegal certification (preferred or required, depending on your jurisdiction)
  • 1–3 years of experience as a paralegal in business formation, contracts, legal writing and research
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings
  • Organize and maintain case files and documentation
  • Assist attorneys in trial preparation and client meetings
  • Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
  • Manage calendars, deadlines, and scheduling
