THE ROLE:

Working closely with experienced solicitors, you will support the team in managing a range of private client matters, with a particular focus on Will drafting. You’ll take initial client instructions, prepare draft Wills, maintain accurate records, and help ensure a smooth and professional client experience throughout.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Taking clear and comprehensive instructions from clients for Wills
• Drafting straightforward and complex Wills with minimal supervision
• Preparing letters, documents, and client correspondence
• Assisting with Lasting Powers of Attorney and probate matters as required
• Managing administrative tasks and maintaining case files
• Liaising with clients in a professional and empathetic manner
