We at Linklaters are looking for a curious minded and passionate Paralegal to be a part of our Banking team. Reporting to the Partners and working with the team, in this Paralegal role, your primary scope of work would include providing dedicated matter support to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time and to the clients’ satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide global matter support on Banking transactions and advisory matters Assist on specific projects requiring legal training and knowledge including drafting, due diligence, verification, bible preparation and deal closings Administer IT solutions that are aligned to the requirements of the practice including virtual data rooms and extranet/intranet sites. To succeed in this indispensable Paralegal role, you should be competent and eager to see tasks through to completion and have gravitas to work effectively with the Banking team at all levels. Key Requirements: Diploma in Legal Studies/Degree in Law Prior banking paralegal experience would be a plus Highly robust with an eye for attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Self-motivated and a good team player Technical Skills: This list of duties and responsibilities above is not exhaustive.
