Buffalo Biodiesel is seeking a Paralegal to join our legal department located in Buffalo, NY. We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team. The candidate must possess a professional demeanor, strong time management and organizational skills, and the ability to independently complete tasks and follow-up as needed. Responsibilities: * Draft correspondence and documents. * Prepare pleadings and motions. * Conduct research using online tools. * E-file using NYSCEF. * Manage 3-4 attorney calendars. * Maintain physical and electronic files. * Handle incoming and outgoing legal mail. * Prepare legal documents for review and signing by corporate counsel. Qualifications: * 5 years of paralegal experience. * Strong time management. * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Reliable and punctual. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, etc. * Excellent organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and complete tasks with follow up as needed. * Bachelor's (Required) * Notary Public certification (Required) Schedule: Monday – Friday (8am to 5pm) Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Who We Are: Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. has been in business since 2005.
