JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various areas of law, including but not limited to family law and criminal law. This role involves managing case files, conducting legal research, and providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our law office. The Case Manager will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between clients and attorneys while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a law office setting with a focus on legal administrative tasks.
  • Familiarity with law family law is required.
  • Familiarity with criminal law is preferred.
  • Proficient in using legal software My Case for case management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence.
  • Attention to detail in document review and transcription tasks.
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong interviewing skills to effectively gather client information.

    Pay: $24.25 - $29.21 per hour
