About the Opportunity Clyde & Co is seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Paralegal to join our leading Professional & Financial Disputes practice in Perth. This is a unique opportunity to launch your legal career alongside Partner Jehan-Philippe Wood and Jenny Thornton. What You’ll Do Under the guidance of experienced lawyers and Partners, you will: Assist with the preparation and management of client files Review and draft a range of legal documents and correspondence Conduct legal research and prepare summary notes or reference materials Prepare and file court documents Attend client meetings and teleconferences to take notes and provide administrative support Support matter coordination by maintaining timelines and tracking key tasks Prepare file notes, memoranda, and meeting summaries Assist with compiling witness statements and affidavits Liaise with barristers, and assist in preparing briefs to counsel Stay informed on relevant legal developments and contribute to team knowledge sharing Support business development activities, including writing articles, preparing presentations, and assisting with tenders and client events.
