Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal / Law student to join our Conduct & Discipline team in Sydney. This role supports the management of CA ANZ’s professional conduct program, including investigating complaints and supporting disciplinary tribunal hearings. You’ll work closely with experienced lawyers and leaders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your initiative and organisational skills will shine.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative and paralegal support to the Australian Conduct Leader and legal team
  • Prepare documentation and communicate with members regarding disciplinary sanctions
  • Assist in producing files for committee meetings and hearings
  • Maintain legal precedents, guides, registers, and manuals
  • Undertake legal research and contribute to process improvements
