Description Trenam Law is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. At Trenam, we value excellence, collaboration, and client-focused service. Our paralegals play an integral role in delivering exceptional support to our attorneys and clients across a wide range of complex litigation matters. This role is critical to supporting our attorneys and clients in all phases of the litigation process. Requirements Prepare and draft pleadings, including motions, notices, and subpoenas. Assist attorneys with all phases of trial, mediation, and hearing preparation. Organize and prepare comprehensive hearing and trial binders. Conduct background investigations and factual research to support case strategy. Communicate professionally with clients, courts, clerks, opposing counsel, and co-counsel. Manage discovery processes, including organizing and preparing productions. Conduct legal research and cite checking as needed. Utilize case management and document review tools, including DISCO, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and other key case events. Maintain and track time-sensitive deadlines and case milestones. Attend hearings and trials as required to assist attorneys. Must know how to record and bill time accurately. Qualifications: Minimum of 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with DISCO or similar e-discovery platforms is a plus. Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
