In deze functie bent u verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning van onze Europese operationele activiteiten op het gebied van contractbeheer en risicobeoordeling. Grondige contractbeoordelingen uitvoeren, waarbij u erop toeziet dat de wettelijke vereisten en het bedrijfsbeleid worden nageleefd Deskundig advies over contractuele zaken geven aan operationele teams en indien nodig contact onderhouden met klanten en hun juridische vertegenwoordigers Samenwerken met operationele teams om het risicobeheerbewustzijn, de naleving en de capaciteiten te verbeteren. Operationele teams begeleiden bij het risicobeheerproces om problemen op te lossen en de afronding van contracten te bespoedigen Bijdragen aan de verbetering van risicobeheerinstrumenten, -systemen en -processen Contact onderhouden met verzekeringsmakelaars om dekking te bevestigen en vragen te beantwoorden Helpen bij het handhaven van SOX-controles, waar van toepassing Op de hoogte blijven van wijzigingen in de contractwetgeving en best practices in de sector De ontwikkeling van risicobeheerstrategieën en -beleidslijnen ondersteunen Functie-eisen Paralegal diploma of gelijkwaardige juridische ervaring Sterke kennis van contractrecht en risicobeheerprincipes Uitstekende administratieve vaardigheden, waaronder beheersing van Microsoft Office-tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) Vloeiend in Engels; kennis van Nederlands en/of Frans is een pluspunt Interesse in of ervaring met bouwbeheer en/of consultancy op het gebied van professionele diensten Uitstekende aandacht voor detail en het vermogen om meerdere taken efficiënt te beheren Uitstekende communicatie- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden Vermogen om samen te werken met verschillende teams en individuen op alle niveaus van de organisatie Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden Aanpassingsvermogen en veerkracht in een snelle omgeving Toewijding aan voortdurend leren en professionele ontwikkeling Aanvullende informatie Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
