• Manage all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts and transfer deeds.
• Conduct property searches and liaise with local authorities and other relevant parties.
• Provide clients with clear advice on the conveyancing process and any legal implications.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders throughout the transaction process.

SKILLS

• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex information to clients and colleagues.

THE ROLE

As a Conveyancing Paralegal you will support solicitors in all aspects of residential property transactions. This will include preparing documentation, liaising with clients and third parties, carrying out searches, drafting contracts and ensuring that matters progress smoothly from instruction to completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting with the management of a varied caseload of residential conveyancing files
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents
• Conducting searches and preparing reports
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
• Providing regular updates to clients and ensuring a high standard of service
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
