We’re seeking a Career Paralegal to join our In-house legal team to provide support to Senior Lawyers on a variety of corporate law & compliance matters.
This part-time role (2-3 days per week) offers flexibility and the chance to work with a talented team in a professional and engaging environment. We’re open to candidates in Sydney and offer excellent flexibility and a hybrid working environment.
What will your typical day look like?
As a Paralegal in our Office of General Counsel (OGC), you’ll be a key part of our Corporate portfolio, supporting with legal research, preparing legal documents, and assisting the Company Secretary with ensuring compliance with company secretariat obligations for Deloitte Australia entities.
Your role will involve maintaining company registers in line with the Corporations Act, completing and filing forms to various regulators including ASIC, and preparing minutes and resolutions for operating entity meetings. You’ll also respond to KYC requests, conduct legal research, and legal due diligence, and support a range of other compliance matters.

Experienced career paralegal with a solid background in corporate and compliance matters
