You will support partners and associates on a wide variety of corporate matters for Belgian and international clients. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with the incorporation of companies and preparation of corporate documentation (shareholders’ meetings, board meetings, amendments to articles, etc.). Managing administrative formalities with the Belgian authorities (ECB, UBO register, notaries, public bodies). Conducting legal research and preparing summaries, checklists and presentations. Coordinating transactions, due diligence processes and document management. Ensuring ongoing corporate housekeeping for local and international client portfolios. Acting as a key point of contact for clients in relation to day-to-day corporate administrative queries. Must have: strong academic record; excellent command of English,French and or Dutch diligent, proactive, team player and service-minded character; and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Nice to have: experience in Corporate law; and experience working in an international environment; This role offers excellent exposure to a broad range of corporate work and is an ideal opportunity for someone wishing to grow in a dynamic and international environment.
