Our client, a well-established law firm with a strong commitment to collegiality, integrity, and professional excellence, is currently seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join their Corporate Services Department in Calgary. Reporting to the Team Lead, this role involves working closely with legal professionals to manage a variety of corporate transactions including incorporations, amendments, share transactions, amalgamations, director/officer changes, and due diligence.
The ideal candidate will have a paralegal diploma or certificate, 3–5 years of experience in corporate law, and CORES Level II or III accreditation. Experience with ALF, APPRES, and strong proficiency in MS Word and PDF tools are preferred. You’ll need to bring a keen eye for detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative mindset.
