We welcome applications from all backgrounds/sectors! Key Responsibilities... Join our dynamic team and manage a varied and challenging caseload with efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with colleagues on specialised legal tasks, carry out thorough liability investigations, and review medical records with attention to detail. You’ll instruct experts and counsel, liaise directly with clients, witnesses, and professionals, and handle the preparation and review of disclosure materials. With strong proficiency in case management systems, Word, and Excel, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional legal services. This is your chance to excel in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Who we are looking for... We are keen to hear from individuals with a strong understanding of Personal Injury law and Pre-Action Protocols. While a law degree or equivalent experience is preferred, your ability to work efficiently, accurately, and to tight deadlines is key. You’ll need excellent prioritisation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally. A commitment to exceptional client care is essential, as is the ability to manage tasks independently from start to finish.
