ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a Legal Assistant or Law Clerk or currently working in the courts, looking to make your next step? This is your opportunity to make the move for your career. We also welcome all experienced Paralegals to join our Disputes & Investigations practice group, specialising in Recoveries, in a permanent, full-time position. The group covers a range of legal services in the areas of banking and commercial litigation and corporate and personal insolvency recovery, representing some of Australia’s largest retail, commercial and agribusiness banking and financial institutions.
Working as part of an established team of Paralegals and Lawyers, this position is responsible for end-to-end file management in the areas of mortgage collection and secured debt recoveries.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Previous experience using Aderant and iManage would be advantageous.
