Zwicker is presently seeking a Paralegal, Document Services to join our team onsite in Tempe, AZ. In this role, precision and attention to detail are critical, as even minor errors can have significant legal and financial consequences. The base hourly rate for this position is $23.00 - $25.00. Responsibilities include High Attention to Detail: Ability to spot inconsistencies, errors, or missing information. Scanning paper documents to create electronic copies Printing documents Data Entry; recording information into system of record Electronic filing of electronic documents by transferring data between systems Document retrieval from electronic databases Saving, renaming, and redacting files Assembly and review of legal documents with an exceptionally high degree of accuracy Ability to handle several processes as needed Training Other duties as assigned Requirements Paralegal certificate or 3-year previous experience Prior experience working as a paralegal representing creditors, preferred Thorough understanding of civil litigation and procedure Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy Comfortable working independently and in a team environment Strong attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Strong problem-solving skills Strong computer skills, including experience in Adobe and Microsoft Office Excel and Word Strong interpersonal relationship skills Demonstrated leadership ability Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence Physical Qualifications: Be able to lift five pounds or greater Be able to sit 90% of the workday at times Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed Be able to concentrate and use critical thinking Please note that this job description is not intended to be a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee in this position.
