Our Commercial Insurance Team at DWF are currently seeking a Paralegal to join the team in Manchester.

The Commercial Insurance Team are instructed by their insurer clients predominantly to pursue subrogated property damage recovery claims. The team work to recover the insurers’ outlay where damage has been caused to their customer’s property, including both commercial and domestic premises; as well as handling and increasing number of defender instructions.
The role is hybrid with office attendance 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior team member with a varied caseload of property casualty, property damage, product liability and subrogated recovery cases
- Prioritising work effectively and maximising efficiency in working practices
- Building stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
- Developing your technical and commercial knowledge via training or working practices
