We are seeking a friendly and motivated Paralegal to join our Legal Recoveries team in our Leeds office.
As a Paralegal you will handle a variety of work types related to the recovery of clients’ debts, from pre-action stage to enforcement of a judgment. Your caseload will include both volume and niche matters, providing you with opportunities to grow and utilise your skills effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage and progress your own workload in line with service level agreements, best practice and internal policies and processes
• Maintain awareness of relevant client strategies and ensure implementation on cases / projects
• Achieve individual KPI’s and contribution to team performance at a high level, including financial and non-financial measures where applicable
• Deliver revenue for the team through existing business activity and developing own professional network
