We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our in-house legal team. This role will support the Legal Department in managing general department matters, including contract administration, litigation management, intellectual property portfolio management, compliance, and regulatory filings. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a corporate environment. Key Job Functions: Draft, review, and maintain contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents. Assist with corporate governance, including board resolutions and entity management. General legal department organization and management of projects. Conduct legal research on legal compliance issues. Manage Intellectual Property portfolio. Manage contract lifecycle, including tracking deadlines and renewals. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure legal needs are met. Maintain accurate and organized legal files and databases. Prepare and file regulatory documents with government agencies as needed. Starting Pay $27.00/hr Requirements In order to be successful, you will need: Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (or equivalent experience). Paralegal certification preferred. 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in a corporate or in-house setting. Strong understanding of contract law, intellectual property law, corporate governance, and compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Worksuite, and legal document management systems. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities, along with ability to maintain confidentiality for sensitive projects.
