Job Summary: This is an experienced legal professional role for a self-starter who plays a proactive role in case strategy, enterprise projects, and stakeholder interaction. Building on a foundation of significant paralegal experience, the successful candidate will be eager to dig into complex processes within the employment legal team and provide high-level support through sophisticated case preparation and project management. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: Independently draft and revise complex legal documents, including motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements. Conduct in-depth legal research and present findings in a clear, organized format. Manage larger or more complex case files, ensuring complete and accurate documentation. Liaise directly with clients, experts, and witnesses to gather information and coordinate case activities. Assist in developing case strategy and preparing attorneys for depositions, hearings, and trials. Mentor and provide guidance to junior paralegals and administrative staff. Expected Qualifications: 6 years of relevant work experience Bachelors' degree or paralegal certificate (ABA approved) is required. Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications: Independently manage litigation support for employment matters, including drafting litigation hold notices, compiling case documentation, and assisting with communications related to active disputes and investigations.
