We are seeking to recruit an experienced Paralegal to join our Family department on a 12 month Fixed term Contract. (There is the possibility that this position could lead to a training contract at a later date subject to an internal process).
The role will consist of assisting fee earners with case preparation, file and document management, processing evidence, dealing with initial enquiries from members of the public, assisting with legal aid applications, legal aid billing, attending court and conferences. Liaising with the department’s Personal Assistant and providing additional support to the Legal Secretary within the department as required.
