OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of family law and demonstrate proficiency in various legal practices. This role is essential in providing support to attorneys by managing case files, conducting legal research, and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and organized. The Paralegal will play a crucial role in assisting clients through complex family law matters.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a paralegal or in a legal administrative role, preferably within family law or related fields such as Family Law, Personal Injury Law, and other areas of law.
  • Familiarity with litigation processes is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in legal drafting, proofreading, transcription, data entry, clerical tasks, filing, and phone etiquette.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with project management tools and software such as PCLaw or iManage is a plus.
