DWF’s Insurance team in Scotland is looking to recruit a Paralegal working in our award-winning counter-fraud team. The successful applicant will act for household name insurers and provide high quality advice on defending a wide range of pre-litigation personal injury claims where fraud is suspected. The role can be based from either of our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload for insurers of suspected fraudulent motor claims, from inception to resolution. Duties will include conducting thorough investigations, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses. A key part of the role will also involve conducting research to support legal strategies and case development.
