Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Paralegal to join our team. You’ll support our senior team members in various legal matters, ensuring efficient and effective legal operations. This role requires a strong understanding of legal procedures, excellent research skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Assist in preparing and organising legal documents
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case preparation and legal strategies
  • Manage and maintain legal files, ensuring all documents are filed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceedings
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations
  • Support the legal team in administrative tasks and special projects as needed

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
  • Excellent research, analytical, and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
