Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Paralegal to join our team. You’ll support our senior team members in various legal matters, ensuring efficient and effective legal operations. This role requires a strong understanding of legal procedures, excellent research skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Assist in preparing and organising legal documents
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case preparation and legal strategies
- Manage and maintain legal files, ensuring all documents are filed accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate and schedule meetings
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceedings
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
- Monitor and ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations
- Support the legal team in administrative tasks and special projects as needed
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
- Excellent research, analytical, and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
