We are currently hiring a Paralegal to join our team in our Hamilton, NJ office. Job Duties: Assist with the review and drafting of letters, contracts, and other legal documents Complete applications for insurance coverage and respond to insurance audits Apply for and maintain governmental and commercial healthcare managed care provider agreements utilizing online portals and address claim denials by appeal or letter Submit online registrations and renewals to governmental regulatory agencies Support all Departments with responses to regulatory and compliance related issues Review and refer medical records subpoenas Handle entity formations and dissolutions and prepare and/or obtain related documents Prepare residential leases Provide administrative and organization support for corporate-related projects Conduct legal research and assist with special projects as needed Perform related job duties as required Qualifications: Paralegal experience or certification; BA/BS degree is a plus, but not required 3 - 5 years of experience with an in-house legal department preferred Strong computer skills in Word, Outlook, and Excel Ability to perform legal research using Lexis-Nexis and other research tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Problem solving ability Good interpersonal skills, flexibility and enthusiasm to see projects through to completion We Offer: Competitive salary Medical, dental & vision insurance Short and long term disability Life insurance Dependent care flex spending account 401(k) plan Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays Business casual work environment Visit us at genesisglobalgroup.com Genesis Global Group, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
