A respected and fast-growing law firm is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support attorneys across several of our core practice areas, including Litigation, Corporate Transactions, Real Estate, Estate Planning, and Probate. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic legal environment. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and organize legal documents including contracts, pleadings, discovery responses, and transactional paperwork. Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review. Prepare and file court documents, ensuring compliance with local and federal rules. Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating logistics. Support attorneys in managing client communications, case calendars, and deadlines. Maintain organized case files and documentation in both physical and electronic formats. Coordinate with courts, clients, opposing counsel, and vendors as needed. Assist in the preparation of estate planning documents, real estate closings, and corporate filings, depending on assigned practice group. Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department. Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court filing procedures, and document formatting. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case/document management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
