We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented experienced Paralegals to join our long-established and reputable law firm. The successful candidates will provide vital support to our solicitors and fee earners, managing a varied caseload conduct legal research, draft documents, maintain client communications, and contribute to the smooth running of the department.
This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, ensuring that all legal processes run smoothly.
Location: Fakenham, Holt, Sheringham, King’s Lynn, or Swaffham
Areas of Practice: Private Client, Family, Litigation, Agriculture, Commercial and Residential Property
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Full-time / Part Time Considered
Type: Ideally 5 days in office

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a paralegal
  • Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in legal software and MS Office Suite
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Paralegal certification or equivalent education preferred but not essential
  • Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
