Responsibilities: Draft and update welfare benefit plan documents (e.g., medical benefits), including summary plan descriptions and summaries of benefits and coverage, in accordance with internal and client guidelines. Participate in new group meetings for assigned accounts. Understand and apply applicable laws and regulations in the preparation of welfare benefit plan documents. Review client benefit materials to ensure alignment with organizational standards in order to create welfare benefit plan documents. Provide operational support to team members and contribute to daily workflow activities. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum of five years of relevant experience. Daily involvement with drafting and updating welfare benefit plan documents. Working knowledge of laws and regulations related to welfare benefit plan documents, including COBRA and ERISA. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 32 - 53 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
