EDUCATION:

  • Associate’s Degree required
  • Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program preferred
Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with OSC attorneys on internal investigations, to include participating in witness interviews, taking thorough and detailed notes, drafting interview memoranda, and assisting with investigation strategy
  • Interfacing with outside counsel and law firm paralegals to ensure alignment on matters
  • Managing document collection, review, and production, to include partnering with and overseeing e-discovery vendors when needed
  • Tracking and driving progress toward completion of responses to government investigations, inquiries, and subpoenas
  • Managing internal team reporting on matter metrics and goals
  • Document organization and filing
  • Planning and organizing both small and large events
  • Establishing a collaborative working relationship with members of the litigation team, the broader legal team, and business clients
  • Developing and executing various special assignments
  • Participating in process improvements and establishment of best demonstrated practices
  • Being an enthusiastic participant in the life of the JLD and JLD committees
  • This role is for a hybrid work schedule, with 2-3 days per week in office at DaVita’s headquarters located in Denver, Colorado. *
