Goldsmiths Solicitors is looking for a skilled and motivated Paralegal with experience in Residential Conveyancing to become part of our expanding team. If you’re confident managing conveyancing files from start to finish and have a strong grasp of the conveyancing process, we’d love to hear from you.

• Handle your own caseload of residential property transactions, where appropriate
• Support fee earners with sales and purchases involving freehold, leasehold, registered, unregistered, shared ownership, and new build properties
• Communicate professionally with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and third parties via phone, email, and written correspondence
• Provide legal and administrative support to the team
• Identify and escalate legal issues as needed
• Ensure compliance with Money Laundering regulations
• Deliver excellent client service with a courteous and proactive approach
