· Instructing experts.
· Compiling statements.
· Compiling Letter of Claims.
· Instructing counsel.
· Attending conferences.
· Assisting with litigation.
· Participating in ADR
· Assisting with departmental development.
· Assisting with website development.
· Compiling case studies and articles for publication.
· Any other tasks required
