OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support solicitors by conducting legal research, preparing documents, and assisting with case management. This role is essential in ensuring that our legal processes run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our practice.
SKILLS
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other IT applications relevant to legal practice.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- A keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Previous experience or knowledge of legal terminology is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
- Draft, review, and organise legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.

- Assist in the preparation for trials and hearings by compiling evidence and preparing exhibits.
- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases.
- Manage case schedules, deadlines, and appointments using appropriate office software.
- Collaborate with solicitors to develop case strategies and provide necessary support throughout the legal process.
