  • Well-developed interpersonal, diplomacy, communication, influencing and negotiations skills.
  • Ability to understand business problems and propose solutions with customer focus.
  • Desirable: a degree or equivalent qualification in Law or a related subject.

Responsibilities

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:

  • Drafting specific lease contract documents needed to support engine deliveries in accordance with approved templates and will be accountable for the accuracy and completeness of such documents.
  • Dealing directly with engine owners, airline customers and suppliers and stakeholders within Rolls-Royce to support its short-term lease offering.
  • Releasing engines to airline customer at a commercial level, ensuring that the required customer documents, such as KYC or insurance certificates satisfy internal and/or third-party guide standards and identifying any commercial risks or gaps.
  • Ensuring all post-closing contractual actions and administration such as filings and security creation/release are completed, including the creation of records on IT system, filing of contracts.
  • Ensuring customer insurance certificate renewals are completed as needed.
  • Development and maintenance of commercial templates, tools and guides as needed to support delivery and redelivery, subject to approvals by third party asset owners and/or the third part asset owner’s Legal Counsel
