We are looking for a licensed paralegal who is comfortable starting in an entry-level position.
We expect the candidate to work with our firm to learn and develop their skills and assist in the day-to-day operations of our office.
No experience is necessary; you must be willing to learn.

• Receiving and directing client calls, emails and walk-in inquiries
• Preparing and filing various documents with the court
• Opening, updating, and closing client files
• Notarizing documents
• Understanding of POA/HTA offences
• Attending court via Zoom
• Diarizing court dates, disclosure requests and other time-sensitive tasks
• Managing emails and correspondence to clients and prosecutors
• Reviewing disclosure
• Supporting senior Paralegal staff with office task
