Job Description Prepare and draft simple legal documents under the guidance of Legal Counsel in English , Mandarin and Korean. Ensure all documentation adheres to applicable laws and regulations. Coordinate with stakeholders and team members in Mandarin and English the ability to communicate in Korean and review Korean language documents is an advantage Conduct comprehensive legal research to support cases and projects. Analyze and summarize legal sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes. Collect, consolidate, and organize information and data from various sources to support legal proceedings and initiatives. Assist with corporate secretarial duties, including preparing for board meetings, maintaining corporate records, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Support compliance checks and audits, including preparing necessary documentation and reports, to ensure the organization meets legal and regulatory standards. Assist in implementing strategic legal initiatives and projects that contribute to the organization’s goals. Perform other related duties as assigned, including but not limited to, assisting with contract reviews, litigation support, and administrative tasks related to the legal department's functions. Qualification A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in legal functions. Bachelor’s degree in law, Labor Relationships, or a related field
