The company is listed on the NZ and Australian stock exchanges and employs close to 7000 people globally.  We have created a new role for a paralegal/legal executive to join a highly motivated and inspired legal team who are passionate about their work and supportive of each other.   You’ll be immersed in high‑impact work that will accelerate your development, expand your corporate skillset and give you exposure to matters you won’t find in most paralegal/legal executive roles.   What You’ll Do   Assist the legal team to undertake legal research, preparing summaries or briefing notes on relevant legislation and regulatory developments. Draft and manage standard legal documents, including NDAs, services agreements and contract summaries. Support company-wide legal and corporate governance compliance initiatives. Maintain legal templates and precedents, assist with management of the company’s trademark portfolio. Assist with legal and corporate document management and filing. Support our company secretary with statutory disclosure obligations (NZX and ASX Listing Rules, Companies Act, Financial Markets Conduct Act etc). Assist company secretarial function to maintain corporate statutory registers and company records. Co-ordinate payment of invoices for legal team and company secretarial function.    What You’ll Bring   A minimum of 3+ years as a legal executive or paralegal in New Zealand with strong corporate & commercial law experience Experience with company secretarial requirements in New Zealand would be ideal Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills A positive, proactive approach, with a continuous improvement mindset   Working With Us    Care to join a supportive environment? Fisher & Paykel Healthcare foster an inclusive work environment founded on our culture of care and cooperation.
