Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support a high-volume litigation practice. This role is ideal for someone early in their legal career who enjoys organization, coordinating schedules, and supporting an attorney through the life of a case. This position focuses heavily on calendaring, scheduling, and administrative litigation support, with opportunities to learn the personal injury litigation process along the way. While prior legal experience is helpful, we are open to candidates who are organized, motivated, and eager to learn. What You’ll Do Manage and maintain the attorney’s calendar, including court deadlines and case milestones Coordinate and schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and other case events Track case deadlines and ensure important dates are properly calendared Assist with general litigation support and case organization Communicate with law offices, court staff, and vendors to coordinate scheduling Maintain accurate records and updates in the firm’s case management system Support the attorney with administrative tasks related to case management What We’re Looking For 0–3 years of legal or administrative experience (legal experience preferred but not required) Personal injury law experience preferred Strong organizational and calendaring skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills (professional-level English required) Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Office Suite Experience using Salesforce-based systems preferred (Litify or other Salesforce platforms) Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
