What's the role: · Draft legal documents including routine pleadings and motions, affidavits, notices of hearing and draft initial written discovery objections and answers/ responses with the assistance of clients · Interview and prepare summaries of client and witness statements · Assist attorneys with planning and preparing for hearings and depositions · Legal research and analysis of statutes, regulations, articles, and judicial decisions · Provides written analysis to attorneys · Prepare and maintain organized case files to include evidence, exhibits, depositions, and other documents · Assist with trial preparation · Have fun Compensation and Benefits package: $65-80k Comprehensive benefit offerings Medical, dental, and vision Paid Time Off 401k with match Requirements What’s needed for the role: 3-5 years of legal service experience under attorney supervision At least 2 years of personal injury litigation experience including strong command of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code 18.001. Experience on the Plaintiff’s side is preferred but not required.
